Steve Jobs always acquires something better than most, making it more difficult. In 2001, he created a new instrument that changed the way music is listened to absolutely forever. A little shiny white concept is included in the latest gadget – iPod. He had made the iPod distinctive from his rivals by using his imagination. The consumer only attached the cable and began to move music to a device compared to his competitors. Steve Jobs' leadership is very powerful and can lead an organization. Steve Jobs has no good emotional intelligence. In addition to focusing on new ideas, he declined to listen to his staff. Steve took almost every decision. He should open his mind to better leadership by listening to the views of workers. This paper will describe the leadership analysis of Steve Jobs and his intelligence in managing the Apple Company.
Introduction
I have selected 'Steve Job' as the "Leadership Analysis" leader for my entire course. He was given up for acceptance by his birth parents and was hired by Clara and Paul. Steve Jobs grew up in Santa Clara County, a neighborhood full of technology developers and emerging business people. Jobs is renowned for his position as the founding, co-founder, chairman, and managing director of the businesses he established or headed. At the age of just 21 in 1976, Steve worked with a close friend and collaborator, Steve Wozniak, in his family garage, co-founded the "Apple." It was only the beginning of many important things in the years to come. I have been intrigued by technology and devices ever since my childhood. I'm curious to learn about its skills if I see an electronic device. I spend much of my free time reading and exploring the internet to get more information on existing and potential technologies and developments in technology. As Steve Jobs was praiseworthy as one of the 20th century's most influential innovators, many people have written about him throughout the years and spoken about him. Studies were also performed, and his leadership qualities and styles were studied in detail. I believe that during the entire course, I have ample materials and references to research and evaluate its leadership style, features, etc.
