Description

  • A research proposal is a concise and coherent summary of your proposed action research. A research proposal describes what you will investigate, why it’s important, and how you will do the research. It sets out the central issues or questions that you intend to address. It outlines the general area of study within which your research falls, referring to the current state of knowledge and recent practice-based insights on the topic. It also demonstrates the suitability and feasibility of your proposed research methodology.

Research proposal should include the following:

    ·         Executive Summary

    ·         Introduction

    ·         Issue and Customers

    ·         Real-world Comparison

    ·         Research Approach with Research Schedule

    ·         References

    ·         Appendices

You are on the Entrepreneurship pathway and so your research focus should be on topics from this area. Of course, you can refer to the outside influences of management, finance, economics etc, but they shouldn’t be the key focus. You need to demonstrate familiarity with a wide range of entrepreneurship issues.
