A set of data flow diagrams that describe the processes of capturing input data (including online reviews from websites, relevant tweets from Twitter, and the structured data from Boffo’s in-house laboratory), and the processes of integrating data from the input sources for use by Boffo’s research analysts. This means more than one data flow diagram, meaning the whole process has to be included. I have asked you twice now for the TCO to be in Excel format and your response to me is "Let me check"? Its easy, I want the TCO in an excel sheet. What you have submitted this far is not what I have asked for. I suggest you read my directions carefully and go from there.
