The physiological stage is met by the need of food. Food met at the company’s café that “serves organic food and drinks”. The security stage is met by the need for shelter. The fourth stage of Maslow’s hierarchy is called Esteem. There is also a sense of esteem because these employees have a sense of responsibility for their own work that helps protect the environment.
