African Americans were not the only groups who have been discriminated against and deprived of their civil rights and liberties. Other groups were also systematically terrorized and deprived of their humanity. Today, we have the Bill of Rights that assures the protection of our civil liberties and rights.
In this paper, discuss the differences between civil liberties and civil rights and argue whether you think the United States upholds the constitution and the Bill of Rights to equally protect the rights and liberties of all citizens. Make sure to include how it discriminates, if it does.
