Topic: Blackaby & Blackaby conclude that spiritual leadership does not ultimately rest on casting a vision, pursuing aggressive goals, and/or determining what should be done; instead, the key to spiritual leadership is "absolute obedience to the Father's will" (p. 50) and to "to preserve everything the Father reveals to them of His will" (p. 50).
