Description
The purpose of this memo is to help you develop skills in researching and to effectively write about the concepts and issues regarding entity formation. Students will be presented with a fact pattern and will be responsible for discussing the pros and cons of each type of business entity, and also providing the "client" with an overview of their entity choice options, based on the client's goals and objectives. The final deliverable for this project will be a written memo that addresses all of the client's questions and concerns as presented in the fact pattern. The memo should be at least 2 pages double-spaced, 12 point font, 1” margins. The assignment is due in your Assignments Folder by 11:59 p.m. on the designated due date.
