Cases, statutes etc. must be cited properly; save the works cited page for anyoutside articles etc you might use. Do outside legal research as you see fit, especially for Part 2. If you do, do NOT use kiddie stuff like the Dictionary or some sort of Answer.com site or I will rip points! You may use bullet points etc. but do so sparingly and with the most impact. Cite the source if you are summarizing something from that source or case with bullet points. If see what I deem too many bullets and lists, I will deduct points. Avoid cutting and pasting from sources; avoid quoting me or Course Content, rather, fold me and Module info into your general knowledge.
