Zenith Copper Ltd. has a turnover of Rs. 50,000 Crores with 40.000 employees. The age-wise break up of employees is given below:-

20 to 30 years- 10,000,        30 to 40 years - 10,000,         40 to 50 years- 5,000

50 to 55 years-   5,000,          55 to 60- years- 10,000

Company has ambitious  plan of doubling turnover to 100,000 Crores in next five years and investing substantially in technology upgradation to enhance manpower productivity by three folds. 

Vice President (Finance) emphasized  upon need to improve on profitability by reducing cost in next five years in view of heavy investment discussed in strategy meeting.

GM (HR) has been assigned the task for preparing HR Plan for next five year taking into consideration age-mix of employees and needs emphasized by Vice President (Finance).
