Description
The most recent annual reports and the company’s Form 10-K for three publicly traded companies who show evidence of significant merger and acquisition activities over the past 5 years and write a minimum of one page written report on each company. Your report must include at a minimum the following: Information about the merger/acquisition activity. Cost of the company’s merger/acquisition and how the cost was allocated. The business strategy motivation for the merger/acquisition. Any information that was included in the company’s Form 10-K that was not available in the company’s annual report.
