The 2nd attachment (Construction project part 1 download) is where a tutor from coursehero came out with the workbench structure.
Now I need help on Part A and Part B --> Part A --> create a list of project risks, an analysis of the probability and consequences of each risk and a mitigation strategy for each risk. For this exercise identify at least 5 risks.
