- Create a personal code of ethics and framework that will guide you in professional and personal decision making.
- Part I: Personal Code of Ethics
- Your code should address behavior in the following areas: Relationships; Honesty and Integrity; Work Ethics; Transparency; and Fairness.
- For each element of your code, justify your principle by linking it to a concept articulated in the secular or biblical ethical frameworks presented in this class. Provide a detailed evaluation that demonstrates clear, insightful critical thinking.
- Part II: Personal Ethical Framework
- Why does each of us believe what we do?
- Why do we choose to respond in a particular way when faced with an ethical dilemma?
- Describe how your personal code of ethics can help respond when confronted with an ethical dilemma.
- Explain negative behaviors in the workplace that you will avoid based on your study done in this course.
- Your paper should be between 1000 and 1200 words.
- Be sure to use correct spelling, grammar, and APA format and include at least five scholarly sources in your response.
