Assignment Details
i) -Create a
portfolio of your previous project management experience (Use IT as an example
if possible or your preference is fine). Each project experience should be
described and organized according to the project management Process Groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling,
Closing). You will be able to use your portfolio as focused reference
material or work in project management. This assignment has 3 deliverables:
1.)
1-page word document
outline for your portfolio
2.) Complete portfolio (Separate from the outline)
3.) Then Create a 5-minute PowerPoint presentation based on the
content of your portfolio and provide the
breakdown of your presentation notes in accordance to the PowerPoint
slide on a separate sheet.
II)-Select a different Project, real or
fictitious (Provide a separate document with a paragraph of a brief description
of what the project is about). Develop a Work Breakdown
Structure (in a tree format) for the Project.
III) During the course you will be running
a Harvard project management simulation. At the end of the simulation,
you are required to write a 2-page reflection paper on
the lessons you learned in running the simulation.

So in total, this assignment sheet includes 4 different assignments that
need to be accomplished. I will require the assignments all together by June 25th
2020 so this gives time to review all of it and submit the next day.
