Introduction
Create a road plan drawing using the topographical survey drawing provided.
From the plan view create an elevation profile of the road to include the following:
1) existing surface elevations of the road centerline, and the left and right ditch bottom centerline
2) new surface elevation of the road centerline and the left and right ditch bottom elevations
3) include station markers at 20m intervals
4) identify the above elevations using either annotation or layers
Detail a cross section of the road using a section marker on the plan view to indicate where the
section comes from. Be sure to include the following;
1) existing grade elevation across the cross section
2) ditch bottom elevations
3) top of road crown(center line) elevation
