Instructions
You have been hired as an IT consultant for a small (approximately 30 employees) accounting firm.
The company already has a server and is using Windows Server 2016. Continuing with an
appropriate report format that includes a cover page and references, please add to your report the
following:
Create an ERD diagram and a Logical diagram for a company database. You must include the
following tables:
- Employee
- Position
- Salary
- Client
- Include one additional table that you define.
Identify 3–5 attributes for each table. Remember to identify the Primary Key (and foreign keys if
necessary) and show appropriate relationships and cardinality (one to one, one to many).
NOTE: You MUST use Visio to create your diagram. The diagram can be copied and pasted from
Visio into Word (do not export or use screenshots).
Submit your completed report (include all of your sections from units 2, 3, and 4) to the Assignment
Dropbox.
