PROPOSAL OUTLINE
The study explores the current data encryption techniques and their application in
communication over networks. With a significant number of devices communicating over public
networks, there is a need for data security. Data encryption is critical to maintaining integrity and
confidentiality of the data passed over public networks. The study will enable to learn about the
concepts of data encryption and implementation of character-level encryption algorithms.
