Describe at least four (4) factors that affect the decision-making process through collegial contact between judges. Provide a rationale for your response.

Some factors are responsible for affecting the decision making of judges.

·         The clearness of the interpretation of the court preceding

·         To leave the decision for simple clarity.

The policies of the order are to be ambiguous so the number of judges sitting in court will increase. The communication between judges happened with the collegial contact. The opinion of the court has been posted in the courtroom. This is not mandatory that whatever the judgment court has given people will see it.

Some individual has limits. The effect on the judgment can be according to law. The judges are to be motivated that they can make a fair decision. The collegial process will affect personal choice. But the judge's opinion can be effective if the judgment can be done on the bases of the ruling laws without any favor.
