Something to write about based on me:
Goals of the organization is to save people money so they can live better, a mission to provide every day low prices, by making sure that our hourly associates are promoted and making sure every one, including hourlies get a "MyShare" bonus.
communication is shared from corporate to our employees, by having email notifications, video conference calls, Year Beginning Meeting in Orlando, Holiday Meeting and our annual Shareholders meeting where 1 employee from each store in the world gets to attend the meeting and represent their store.
