Drafting the Executive Summary This week to continue to make progress towards the completion of the Formal Report. you will post a draft of your Executive Summary. See page 410 for description of the Executive Summary and page 398 for format. Second and third posts will be peer reviews. Comment on the following aspects of another student’s Executive Summary. Does the first paragraph introduce the topic well and include a thesis statement? Does the body support the thesis? Is there enough information to give a clear picture of the report? Is the tone professional? Do errors in grammar, syntax or usage affect the clarity? Offer at least one concrete constructive criticism to strengthen the piece.
