You are asked to identify your targeted career job in three to five years and try to find it on the website. Once located, you are asked to review the write-up, paying special attention to the KSA’s (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities). You will use the KSA information to fill out the SDLP Form in this assignment.

To complete this assignment, you will need to first identify your targeted career and note this at the top of the SDLP Form

Then, identify various HRM competencies, skills, and knowledges relevant to your professional goal and place them in Column 1 of each of the three tables. In Column 2 of the tables, you will want to identify how you plan to develop these competencies in general, and specifically in this course. Once you have completed the first two columns of each of the tables in the form, submit it for review, feedback, and grading by your instructor. In Module 7 you will have an opportunity to complete the final column.
