You will need to successfully demonstrate that you can perform tasks required in the work environment and collect evidence. This portfolio will be broken down into tasks, and they all need to be completed in accordance with the Work Placement Plan agreed upon with your Workplace Assessor. Your Workplace Supervisor will give you guidance and feedback on your performance, supporting you to complete the tasks in an appropriate and professional manner. Evidence of your performance must be collected and submitted to your Workplace Assessor. This document, the Workplace Assessment Portfolio, is where Tasks 1-6 are outlined with instructions on how to collect the required evidence.
