This is a 9 page (excluding the references) double spaced, argumentative research paper on the question, 'does corporal punishment increase morality? My stance is it does not necessarily increase morality as over it causes a strain in the relationship between the 'punisher' and the 'punished' and can sometimes lead to aggression. This paper requires a minimum of 12 peer-reviewed journal articles. It should be written in APA format, with subheadings for every section. So far I have written both my abstract and background, what I need help with is the body discussion and conclusion. The body should contain forms of corporal punishment in African countries and western countries (the US and Canada), effects of corporal punishment, an amount of counter-argument with evidence prooving supporting each point, but emphasizing on my stance on the paper, there should be a brief discussion on gender disparity in corporal punishment; that is, are boys more punished than girls or vice versa. Under discussion, there should be a general summary, on the key message of the parts of literature used in the paper, that prooves that corporal punishment does not help raise kids, and a summary of literature used in the paper, that proves otherwise. There should be an amount of discussion on the strengths and weaknesses of the literature used in the paper. The conclusion should entail my final stance on the general idea of corporal punishment, and connote that I am against corporal punishment based on the research and proofs laid in the paper. After that, there should be references that would also be in APA format.
