 3000 words (approx. 8 – 10 pages).  Word count must appear on the document and does not  include front matter or bibliography.

No abstract required, but Executive Summary is a must

Please bind in transparent plastic and include word count after the conclusion

4 peer-reviewed articles  (this is a minimum)

2 books (also a minimum but can include textbooks)

Personal interviews are extra but welcome
