For this paper you will look at the use of social media as a tool for a salesperson. You will look at how a salesperson can use Social media to enhance their customer relationship performance and sales performance. Social media can be used to strengthen the relationship between the salesperson and the customer, for networking and prospecting.
You will need to select a company that you will work for as a B2B sales rep (please do not contact the company). An easy way to find different B2B jobs is look on ca . Indeed . com for an outside sales representative position.
For this assignment you will:
- Research the benefits to a salesperson of using social media.
- The various ways to use social media effectively
- Identify and explain the best social media sites for B2B sales people
- Research on how to develop a social media strategy as a sales rep.
- Create a social media strategy as a new sales rep for a company.
- Explain your decisions in your social media strategy.
- Cite all sources used in your research, ensure they are valid sources.
- Do not just write a summary of an articles or concept – patchwork writing. Analysis and critical thinking are required.
