My grandmother was a very special and wise woman who taught me so much as a child that I can now carry with me into my present and future life. I will forever cherish her teachings and wisdom with hope, knowledge, and understanding. She will always hold a place in my heart for being an exceptional and humble human being. It is even more meaningful for me to know that this person is my loved one. I would always let her know how much I loved her. I would remind her all the time of how wonderful of a parent she was to me. Words could never describe my deepest gratitude I had for her. My grandmother raised my brothers and I in church; we would go every Sunday. She was very serious about her faith in Jesus Christ. I was young and I sometimes could not understand her passion for him.
