Great job but you are missing the description of the made-up facility along with the 6 events and how they are handled. ie how they respond to fire, flood, electrical outage, lost patient, patient fall, active shooter hostile patient, cardiac arrest. Also missing the communication tree
- Introduction page describing your facility (number of employees, type of building and facilities, and type of clinic)
- Table of Contents - what types of risks do you see and how should employees respond?
- Emergency Response Action Tree (who is responsible for what communications)

While you do not have to write an entire manual, you will be submitting the following:You should have at least three references or citations (no Wiki's), and you should have at least six events that should be covered. For each event, write a short description or summary of actions to be taken.
