For this First extra credit assignment, you can explore the US government

After exploring one of the document/videos/slideshows etc. you can write a
small paragraph in the text box about what you saw, what interested you,
and especially how the information might be related to what you are
learning in class
For this Second extra credit assignment, you can explore the MALDEF.org
website. You should spend at least 30 minutes reading through whatever
interests you. Write a short paragraph about what you learned about
MALDEF and what they are currently involved in. You should be specific
enough that I know you have visited the website :). Make sure it is written in
your own words.
For this Third extra credit assignment, you can watch one of the
documentaries from the PBS website honoring Hispanic Heritage Month at
