Description
The issue was the identity theft of thousands of students that attended public and private colleges in Georgia as well as those enrolled with HOPE scholarships outside the state. A huge number of pages, in thousands, were found to have information about those students. There was some human error while installing a software upgrade to the student Finance Commission’s server.
