Description

How do I include court cases and the Universal Commercial Code in the References part in the APA format? I know how to cite them in the text, but unsure how to include in the References section. Examples: In Caplin Enterprises, Inc. v. Arrington, 145 So. 3d 608 (Miss. 2014), the court defined the elements of a contract as: (1) two or more contracting parties, (2) consideration, (3) an agreement that is sufficiently definite, (4) parties with legal capacity to make a contract, (5) mutual assent, and (6) no legal prohibition precluding contract formation. The UCC § 1-303 defines a course of dealing as “A sequence of conduct concerning previous transactions between the parties to a particular transaction that is fairly to be regarded as establishing a common basis of understanding for interpreting their expressions and other conduct.”. How would I include the parts in bold on the References?
