I need to complete a final paper that must be original, pass Turnitin, and include references (citations). References should come from scholarly journals and other resources. The paper need to be 12 pages minimum and cover lack of growth in the workplace and not producing high job satisfaction. The paper needs to examine the self-determination theory (Which is a theory of human motivation that focuses on both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation). part of intrinsic motivation is learning to growing in one's job, leading to a feeling of competence or mastery. Also the paper must examine job characteristic model, which gives idea for redesigning jobs to make them more motivating.
