4) Plot the steady state glycolytic flow (J = v HK − PFK) as a function of the
parameter k ATPase.
5) Calculate the flux control coefficient for the glycolytic flow J = v HK −
PFK and the concentration control coefficient for the metabolites ATP and
P23G for both model variants. Interpret the results.
