Critically analyze its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Include documentation that you have found during your research. Please note that it is unacceptable to use an already created SWOT matrix that you find on the Internet. The purpose of this exercise is for you to gain experience in analyzing the internal and external markets of a company.
