: A Sustainable Future: How can HRM contribute?
Aim
and general information: The
individual class project is assigned to let you develop some in-depth
expertise on a topic of your choice in human resource management. You
are expected to make a literature review on the topic and also provide your own
ideas, suggestions and comments.
Written
Report: You are expected to deliver a written report on your project. The report audience is professionals in
business such as executives, managers and entrepreneurs. Assume that the report
will be presented to your manager. When working on the project, you should
adopt the perspective of an HR Professional and provide insights and
practical business wise advice to management
The main
titles should be:

Literature Review
III.
Real life examples or practices
(If available)
IV.
Managerial Implications
V.
Your ideas, suggestions and
comments
VI.
Professional recommendations to
the reader (from the perspective of an HR Professional)
The length of the paper should be between
4000-8000 words. with tables and
exhibits (if any). The list of references will be considered as
additional pages to the text. The style of writing should be in accordance with
the American
Psychological Association (APA)
Publication Manual (6th ed.). There should be a cover
page. Please make sure you properly cite any references you employed,
with a list of references at the end of the report. Before delivering your report, make sure your
exhibits and tables (if any) are properly labeled and look Professional, and
the report is checked for any mistakes in grammer, spelling, and punctuation
marks.
Evaluation
Criteria: The basis for evaluating the written
report will be the quality of content
(quality of literature review and research, meaningful content and adequate
information), clarity of expression,
organization (all the parts
of the paper should fit together and make a meaningful whole), the
quality of ideas, suggestions, recommendations and the integrated HR understanding.
All reports submitted should represent graduate quality and rigor.

Resubmissions: All
reports will be submitted as soft
copy until May 8, 2020*
No late
submissions or resubmissions are accepted (Reported health problems are
exceptions)
