Issue Paper (In-depth study of an issue related to project management) on the Cultural differences in international project management The cultural differences in foreign countries can affect an international project and what management strategies can be used to prevent these differences to affect the project. Some countries such as China, Asia, Africa can be different in their cultural and social norms(individualism, marketing, technology acceptance). These differences can bring huge risks of failure in a project. The Issue Paper would be on an issue related to project management such as “How the practice of project management in Europe differs from the US,” “Challenges in Managing Virtual Projects,” and “Dealing with Corruption in International Projects.”
Since the idea is not to repeat what is already in the textbook, pick a topic that goes beyond what is covered in the textbook. Make sure that you include as many real-life project examples as possible while discussing the issue you selected. Also, include your own analysis of the issue and comments. The main body of the term paper (excluding cover page, executive summary, table of contents, appendices, and references) should be between eight to ten pages (12 point Times Roman font with 1.5 line spacing) NOTE:Write about different aspects of project management related to the selected project. A possible format to present information about the project is to follow the steps of the project life cycle.
