You will provide a summary of each case, what the outcome was, which law was violated, and any additional information on the case. Tasks: Identify three actual cybercrime cases (the cases may be open or closed). At least one case that you choose must involve hacking. Identify whether the cybercriminal was caught and what the outcome of any potential trial was. Identify the software or hardware that was used and explain how it was used in the incidents being described. Evaluate the punishment handed down to the criminal. Identify the laws—federal and state—that were broken in committing the crimes. Submission Details: Prepare a 7- to 9-page report.
