following:
1. List the order number
& date of all orders in the month of October.
2. Combine the Rep’s
first name and last name into one column with a space between the first name
and the last name and order the records by last name.
3. Show the first three
customers with the highest balance. List the name & balance
4. Find the customer
with the highest balance (use MAX function)
5. Find the rep with the
lowest commission. (use the MIN function)
