(Chapter 3) “Small Business”. List the three most common types of small businesses as identified by the textbook and provide an example of each from your local community.

(Chapter 5) “Fundamental Management Skills”. Using each of the seven management skills, discuss in three or more sentences for each of the seven skills, how a manager might find a way to develop each of these.

(Chapter 6) “Departmentalization”. Using your critical thinking skills, consider Ford Motor Company and then list and provide an example for each of the five departmentalization lines and explain how it applies to Ford.
