A paper on how McDonald's have poor work conditions and yet still has a very good profit. This piece is for organisational behaviour class. I am also comparing them vs Starbucks since they are in the coffee industry. My statement is that there are companies that treat their employees bad by denying them breaks, safety, benefits fair wages, etc. But still are able to make big sales.
