Of all the estimates you will make when
managing a software project, perhaps the most difficult is estimating cost.
Costs vary widely and depend on a multitude of factors. Some of those factors
are qualitative, making it difficult to make quantitative estimates.
For this Assignment, apply some of the methods
included in the resources that help mitigate the uncertainties of project cost
estimation. Refer to the Pennywise National Bank project and perform the
following tasks:

Just as software
projects can be broken down into less complex components, so can project costs.
Break down the overall cost of the project into a list of more basic costs

List the risks you
identified in Unit 3
·
Specify quantitatively
how each of these risks can affect the project cost
·
Evaluate methods for
addressing these risks
·
Based on this
information, estimate the overall cost of the Pennywise National project

Unit 8 Assignment
To submit your completed Assignment for Turnitin review and grading, do the
following:
Click the View/Complete link. Then, click the Submit button
next to the name of the Assignment. Once you have clicked on the link, scroll
