You will need to include at least one approach to organizational theory (classical, human relations, human resources or systems) that supports your philosophy (3pts). In this paper, you should also identify the potential limitations of the selected theory especially in its application to diverse, multi-cultural or international organizations (3pts). Be sure to include an annotated (APA style) bibliography that strengthens and reinforces your writing (1pts).
