Prepare a philanthropic grant application following the Common Grant Application format. (Alternative formats may be considered, but prior approval from your instructors is required.)
Required Components:
1- Cover Letter
Provide a one-page, single-spaced letter introducing the organization and proposal, summarizing the request and how the it fits the grantmaker’s philanthropic goals/guidelines.
2 - Common Grant Application Cover Sheet
Fill out the standard form focusing on the 2-3 sentence summary of the request.
3 - Common Grant Application Narrative for Program/Project Proposal (If you would prefer to prepare a narrative for a capital or other type of grant, prior approval is required.)
