Project management is a mode of
organization that has developed with the new economy and a growing number of
organisations now operate mainly in project mode. This increased use of project
mode plays a major role in the development of long-term competitiveness of organizations by project but puts new pressure on human resources. Our research aims to be part of a recent trend in project
management that aims to look at the effects of this management method on human
resources and, more precisely, we want, through your answers, to determine the
variables that would have a significant effect on gender mix in project management.
