Review a news article on any topic in nutrition published sometime this year or past year 2016. Your review need be no longer than 1-2 pages, typed. The Los Angles Times is an excellent resource for health information. There is a Monday Health section of the LA Times. The LA Times can be accessed online at www.latimes.com Of course, the LA Times is not your only resource. You may want to check Newsweek Magazine, Time Magazine, CNN or another newspaper or news source. Fashion magazines, tabloid magazines and fitness magazines do not qualify as news. Journal articles as well as peer-reviewed journals although excellent information will not qualify as news for this project. Most important- I want to see nutrition in the news!! Be sure that this article references the experts in the field. For most articles, the author is not the expert but the reporter. A good author obtains the science from the expert. Be sure to cite the expert in your paper.
