This topic may involve leadership principles from the Kouzes/Posner text, leadership best practices, leadership communication, global leadership challenges, traditional leadership theories, the learning organization, high-performance leadership issues, the Leadership Challenge, etc. Start with resources listed in the syllabus, with our textbooks and move to other sources. TED talks are a great resource. Each blog must be at least three pages, double-spaced, APA format.
