Should you have a chance to participate in the design and implementation of a new Operating System, what course of action would you follow, what features would you advocate for, what algorithms would you include, etc.? Download the ThreadExample Java program included in the first thread underneath(I had a problem with direct attachment). Before you run the program I would like you to answer the following: What should the value of account balance be at the end of the program? Will the output be the same every time? Do the threads see the same account balance variable? If I run the program in two different windows at the same time would each see the same account balance variable? Compile and run the program a couple of time and post the results. Then run the program a couple of times in two different windows.
