I took quiz for my course and got a comment as following:
Nam, Parts of your answers on at least 3 questions appear lifted from a sites available on Google. This is a warning that future instances of plagiarism on any material in this course will be considered academic dishonestly. If you feel this was mistaken, provide a 1-page justification I will reconsider your scores.
The questions that the instructor considered to be plagiarism are:
Q1. You are studying the relationship between systolic blood pressure and BMI for adults participating in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). What would a correlation of 0.25 tell you about the association? Interpret this association and provide a complete description.
Q2. Explain how you would test the criterion validity of a diet/nutrition measure. Provide a NOVEL example.
Q3. Distinguish the threats to validity known as instrumentation and testing. How are these two threats different? Provide a NOVEL example of each.
The instructor normally provides a slide after the class is over so that we could study for the quiz. I always make a word document file after class and write things that were in the slides to the document. Whenever there are things that are unclear to me, I google search and add those things to the document. And then study based on the document that I made.
While taking the quiz, I answered based on the things that I have studied (things in word document) and the instructor gave me the comments above.
I need a 1-page justification based on what I have wrote.
I will also provide the note that I've made to the instructor.
