The assignment for this week requires that you submit a reflection paper using the theories and principles of motivation and incentives you have learned. You can pull those theories and principles from any of the chapters you read to date, that is, chapter 5, 6, etc. It is important to include outside sources when writing an academic paper in order to substantiate and add value your ideas. This will mean that you will be required to do additional research on the topic and include those sources in your written assignment. Please note that Wikipedia should not be used in academic writing. 

You will also want to make sure your assignment meets the following requirements: Provide a brief summary of a situation; Identify and explain the relevant principles and theories; Use the principles and theories to analyze the situation; and Conclusion. In order to meet the above requirements, your assignment must have a minimum of four paragraphs. You can only discuss one idea per paragraph. Your paragraphs should be well-developed. A well-developed paragraph will have at least 4-5 complete sentences (not much longer. When you write the summary for this assignment it should resemble an introduction, and should provide your reader with a pathway to what you will be discussing in the body of your assignment. The other two paragraphs should each begin with a topic sentence, have three supporting sentences, and end with a concluding sentence. Your second and third paragraphs should be supported with citations from outside sources. The conclusion should provide a summary of what was discussed in the body of your assignment. 

Remember, your reflection should be a minimum of 1,500 words. This assignment and all assignments for this class must be submitted in APA format.
