The Cheesecake Factory (TCF) is a full-service restaurant that has been in business since 1978. Its menu consists of great lunch and dinner items, but its legendary cheesecakes are its most famous creation. The restaurant serves fifty kinds of cheesecake. The Cheesecake Factory chain has grown since its inception and now has more than 150 restaurants throughout the United States. The company is thinking about expanding into Canada.
