Introduce teaching learning system and then online teaching learning (OTL) system. Describe
OTL system with vital components and block diagram. Importance of OTL system, its types like
blended learning, active learning, engaged learning, personalized learning etc.
2. Design Issues of Online Teaching Learning System
Mention different design issues (attributes/parameters) and explain them in the context of their
technical value in the system. E.g., heterogeneity could be one of the design issues.
