The objective is to delve more deeply into ONE of the sub-topics of the Unit that is particularly interesting to you and/or related to a current or past work role.
Possible sub-topics include:
- Equal Employment Opportunity in the Workplace
Requirements
- Your reasons for choosing the sub-topic; why it is relevant and/or of interest to you
- An analysis of the sub-topic that demonstrates significant engagement with relevant, credible literature
- How your academic learning about the sub-topic can be applied to people leadership matters in business organisations
- A minimum of 15 academic (peer reviewed) references (using Chicago 17th B)
